Mr. Arbuthnot,- -To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has any information as to a modification by the Chinese Government of the Chinchow- Aigun Railway scheme in Manchuria, by which it is only proposed to construct the railway to Taonanfu; and, if so, whether His Majesty's Government are prepared to support the scheme as modified.
